What’s your passion? To help remove frustrations in the supply chain, and build strong and prosperous relationships between home décor or fashion companies and Asian suppliers. I want to help especially smaller companies to achieve same advantages as the bigger companies have at the negotiating table. I always work very dedicated to a project and it’s when I can see that my key knowledge makes a difference – and brings the product to life.

What’s your background? I have a Master in Purchasing from TEKO Center Denmark. Since my education I have worked within supply chains at several bigger fashion and home décor companies in Denmark. Mostly, I have dealt with Asian suppliers in my career, but I have also been responsible for CMT production within Europe. My passion, however, has always been related to Asian cultural business behavior. My last position before founding Plus 7 was at MENU A/S as strategic sourcing manager.

How do you add value to Plus 7 client’s? Each and every project will always be different. Not two clients are the same, and neither are the projects. The most important thing when doing business in Asia, is to be flexible. And that’s the approach we take on with our clients. We are flexible to navigate amongst different needs and wishes, and are willing to ´walk the extra mile´ to get the best solution to a project. My key knowledge also helps to shorten the learning curve in the product development – as I have spent much time at the Asian suppliers to learn how stuff is made. This knowledge, I bring to the clients when the project is introduced, and helps shorten the time to market.
